1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Balance" means the amount of funds held in your six777 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and source-of-funds verification, as required by six777's compliance framework.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan, and the currency in which all six777 Account balances are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By creating an Account on the six777 platform or by using any part of the Platform as a guest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the six777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and six777. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2.3 six777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 The six777 platform is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an Account or to use any gambling or betting service offered on the Platform.

3.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that:

4 Account Registration

4.1 To access the full range of six777 services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process on the Platform, providing accurate and complete information as requested.

4.2 You may hold only one (1) Account on the six777 platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts by any single individual is strictly prohibited. six777 uses CNIC verification and device fingerprinting to detect and prevent duplicate Account creation.

4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. six777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.4 You must notify six777 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

4.5 All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 six777 is required to conduct identity verification on all Account holders as part of its compliance obligations. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

5.2 KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. six777 may also request KYC documents at any point during the lifetime of your Account, including but not limited to when deposits exceed certain thresholds or when unusual account activity is detected.

5.3 Documents that may be requested as part of KYC verification include:

• A clear copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back;
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document confirming your address (dated within 90 days);
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC;
• Bank account details or mobile wallet details (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) confirming ownership of the payment method used.

5.4 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request will result in withdrawal privileges being suspended. Continued non-compliance may result in Account closure in accordance with Section 14.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits. All deposits to your six777 Account are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. six777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to process.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in your name during KYC. six777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

6.3 Currency. All Account balances, transactions, bonus amounts, and winnings are denominated in PKR. six777 does not charge currency conversion fees. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit.

6.4 Transaction Limits. six777 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming controls requested by the Account holder. Limits applicable to your Account will be displayed in your Account settings.

6.5 Refused Transactions. six777 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that is associated with suspected fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 six777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Account holders. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to these general Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. six777 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, arbitrage across multiple accounts, and coordinated play. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited.

7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your Account at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

7.5 six777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not adversely affect bets already placed in good faith under the promotion terms.

8 Gameplay Rules

8.1 All games available on the six777 platform — including live casino titles, slots, Fortune Snake, Fortune Dragon, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface, in addition to these Terms.

8.2 Sports Betting. All cricket, PSL, and other sports betting markets are subject to six777's sportsbook rules, including rules on void markets, settlement procedures, and the handling of postponed or abandoned events. Settlement decisions made by six777 in accordance with those rules are final.

8.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game or betting market, six777 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the Account holders concerned. six777 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

8.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by six777 at any time.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six777 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or a false identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform;

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the six777 platform — including but not limited to the six777 logo, brand name, game graphics, software, text, page layouts, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of six777 or its licensed content providers.

10.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any six777 content without prior written authorisation from six777.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any six777 intellectual property other than for the purpose of using the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 The six777 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. six777 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

11.3 six777's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy & Data

12.1 six777 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the six777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

12.2 Your personal data will be used to operate your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, provide customer support, and comply with applicable legal obligations. six777 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

13 Responsible Gaming

14.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Account holder — including fraud, bonus abuse, or provision of false information — six777 may forfeit some or all of the balance in the Account at its sole discretion.

14.3 Where an Account is closed without cause by six777, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via their verified payment method within 10 business days.

14.4 You may request closure of your own Account at any time by contacting six777 support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 six777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, six777 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a banner or notification on the Platform.

16.2 In the event of a dispute between you and six777, you agree to first contact six777's customer support team via live chat and allow a period of 30 days for the matter to be resolved informally before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

16.3 six777's decisions regarding bet settlement, game outcomes, and Account investigations are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or technical malfunction as described in Section 8.3.
